Soren

Purchasing that keeps pace with maintenance.

Equipment rental, parts and services: structure workshop needs and keep purchasing in the loop, even when the intervention is urgent.

Maintenance work in an industrial workshop

Urgency should not erase traceability. One team is waiting for a part. Another is booking equipment for a shutdown. Requests move quickly, but references and approvals get lost. Soren keeps the context from request to receipt.

01

02

Your panel involved

A useful history

The intervention and documents stay linked to the order.

Questions to clarify before starting.

Is this a CMMS?

No. Your CMMS manages maintenance. Soren handles the related purchasing journey: request, enquiry, order and documents. References to carry across are defined during scoping.

How are urgent requests handled?

The need and deadline are visible from the request. Approval flows are configured with purchasing; urgency is not an automatic exemption from controls.

Can we start with one site?

Yes. A pilot lets you work with your teams, panel and selected purchasing categories before expanding to other sites.
