Apply a billing impact to an event
Reflect a field event (breakdown, early return) on your order's billing in just a few clicks.
- 1Open the relevant order from your orders list.
- 2In the timeline, click the event you want to edit (for example livraison-retard).
- 3Scroll to the bottom of the form, click Edit, and enter the price of the impact.
- 4Click Confirm to save.
- 5Scroll down to the Order summary section and click Edit to update the summary.
- 6Check that the billing impact now appears on your order.
Access depends on your role
