These terms of service govern the use of the Soren platform by its users (both customers and suppliers).

1. Purpose

Soren provides a SaaS platform for managing equipment purchasing and rentals, designed for the construction industry.

2. Access to the service

Access to the platform requires the creation of a professional account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. User commitments

• Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose
• Not to compromise the integrity of the service
• Respect the rights of other users

4. Soren's commitments

Soren undertakes to provide the service with a reasonable level of availability and to protect the data entrusted to it.

5. Intellectual property

All elements comprising the platform (brand, logo, code, design) remain the exclusive property of Soren.

6. Liability

Soren may not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions set out in the subscription agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
