Navigation, the planning view, the worksite page and the ordering flow have all been reworked from the ground up. More density on screen, statuses that read the same way everywhere, and the numbers that were missing on worksites.
Denser navigation and the assistant within reach
Navigation has been tightened and you get screen height back on every page. The worksite selector takes the top spot in the menu and picks up a tint as soon as a worksite is selected, so it reads as the filter it is.
The assistant goes back to being a floating bubble in the bottom-right corner, available everywhere without taking up room. On tablets, the top bar keeps search, the Order button and your avatar, so your profile and sign-out stay reachable.
The planning view shows twice as many orders
Each row fits on a single line with the item thumbnail, its name and the fleet number aligned right. At the same screen height you see twice as many orders without scrolling.
Bars take on the tint of their status, the same one used on the kanban, and the Users, Worksites and Suppliers filters move into the toolbar. Zooming now works with a trackpad pinch.
The worksite page becomes a real record
Three metrics open the page: orders in progress, the amount ordered over a rolling twelve months and the average order value over the same window. Clicking orders in progress opens the list already filtered on the worksite.
The map and the worksite details stay in view in a panel on the right. Drop-off points finally exist as a list, numbered as they are on the map, and are created straight from the record.
Ordering and sourcing: the essentials at a glance
A supplier row now carries only the logo, the name and the state of the sourcing. Prices live in the comparison view that a click on the row brings up, and suppliers who haven't answered step back so received quotes stand out.
The order summary moves to flat rows with totals aligned on a single column. On the sourcing map, each marker carries its logo and its state reduced to an icon, and the quote request now shows only the fields that matter.
