Asset number · Branch management · Chat

Native messaging on the supplier side, the asset number visible directly on kanban cards, self-service branch creation and archiving, and visibility into every quote request you receive.

Built-in messaging

Just like for clients, a messaging space is now available in your Tracktor workspace. Conversations attached to an order, free-standing exchanges with your client contacts — everything is centralized, in real time, without leaving the platform.

Asset number visible directly from the kanban

Your assets are now identifiable at a glance in your order kanban. Each card displays the asset number of the linked resource as a blue tag — provided a resource has been linked to the order.

If no resource is linked yet, a subtle button invites you to select one. If a resource is linked but the asset number is missing, you're guided to the resource record to fill it in. The same level of detail is also available on an order's detail page, so you never lose the thread between your equipment fleet and your field commitments.

Manage your branches independently

You can now create and archive your branches directly from your supplier workspace, without going through the Tracktor team. From your account settings, you add a new branch in seconds, and you can archive an existing one if it's no longer active.

This gives you full control over how your organization is structured in the platform — especially useful when you manage several depots or geographic areas.

Visibility into the quote requests you receive

When a client names you as a contact on a quote request, it now appears in your request list — even if you weren't the branch's primary recipient. You can view the request details, confirm that you are indeed the linked contact, and see the other people associated with that order.

The aim: make sure the right supplier rep follows up on every case, without relying on a manual internal handover of information.
