Built-in messaging
A messaging space is now available directly in Tracktor. You can open conversations with your contacts without leaving the platform, whether they are attached to an order or completely free-standing.
Your conversation list is accessible from the main navigation, with a preview of unread messages at the top. You send a message or start a new conversation and you chat in real time with your contacts. No more juggling between WhatsApp, email and Tracktor to coordinate a project.
Identify your supplier contacts on every request
When you send a quote request, you can now select the specific supplier sales reps involved. They are attached to the request as soon as it's sent and they receive the related notifications, appearing clearly in your sourcing.
In practice, from an order's sourcing view, you choose the supplier branch then add the contacts at that branch who should be in the loop. If no one has been added that's visible too, so there is no more doubt about who was notified and who wasn't.
The goal is simple: work directly with the right contact, speed up responses and stop chasing people by email or phone outside of Tracktor.
Generate your purchase orders in one click
Purchase order generation has been completely reworked. From an order's "Files" section, you click "Create a purchase order" then add any comments in the dialog that opens before confirming.
The document is generated instantly on the server, a confirmation appears on screen and the purchase order is immediately available in the corresponding section. No more documents generated on the fly in the browser. Generation is more reliable and faster, and the result matches your billing information more closely.
