Forgotten password
Reset your Soren password in a few steps, depending on whether you sign in with SSO or your email.
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft (SSO), your password is managed by that provider: you reset it on their page, not in Soren. If you sign in with your email, you can reset it directly from the login screen.
- 1Go to app.tracktor.fr and click Sign in with SSO using Google or Microsoft.
- 2On the provider's page, follow the account recovery steps.
- 3Verify your identity (code sent by email or SMS), then create your new password.
- 4Return to Soren and sign in via SSO.
No email received?
Check your spam folder and make sure you're using the address linked to your Soren account. If you're still stuck, contact support.Was this article helpful?
