The Soren ecosystem
Soren brings the field, buyers and suppliers onto a single platform, where every rental follows the same thread: from order to invoice.
On a job site, a rental involves several people who aren't always in the same place. Soren links them around one shared record so everyone sees up-to-date information, without repeated calls or follow-ups.
The three roles in the ecosystem
- The field : the on-site teams who raise an equipment need, receive the delivery and report events (return, breakdown, extension).
- Buyers : the procurement or works team who approve requests, choose the supplier, track costs and check invoices.
- Suppliers : the rental companies who receive the order, confirm availability, deliver the equipment and invoice from their own workspace.
The life thread of a rental
- 1The field or the buyer creates a rental order from app.tracktor.fr.
- 2The supplier receives it in their supplier.tracktor.fr workspace, confirms availability and schedules the delivery.
- 3On receipt, the field validates the delivery and the equipment moves to active rental.
- 4During the rental, everyone logs events (extension, return, incident) directly on the record.
- 5At the end, the supplier issues the invoice, which the buyer matches to the order and checks on the platform.
A single source of truth
Because the field, buyers and suppliers work on the same record, the order, the delivery, the events and the invoice always stay consistent and available to everyone. Was this article helpful?
