Update your personal details
View and update your name, email address, and contact details at any time from your Soren profile.
- 1Log in to Soren at app.tracktor.fr.
- 2In the bottom-left corner, click your name to open the menu, then click My profile.
- 3Edit the fields you want to change: Last name, First name, Email, and Phone.
- 4Click Save to confirm your changes.
Changing your email
If you change your email address, it becomes your new login identifier. Use it the next time you sign in.To change your password, open My profile and click Change password.
