Senior Account Executive
Open and close the largest accounts in construction, industry and energy. You own Soren's enterprise revenue.
Soren is scaling into the enterprise segment: major construction, energy and industrial-maintenance groups. We're looking for the Account Executive who will turn that potential into pipeline, then into signatures.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle on enterprise accounts: targeted prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, closing.
- Build relationships at the highest level — procurement, operations, IT leadership — and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision cycles.
- Build and qualify your pipeline with marketing and SDRs, and move it forward with relentless rigor.
- Carry the voice of the field internally: surface customer needs to product to sharpen the offer and the roadmap.
- Lay the foundations of a scalable sales machine: playbooks, methodology, clean CRM data.
Who we're looking for
- You have 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including proven experience on enterprise cycles (six-figure deals).
- You close: a track record of exceeding quota on complex, multi-decision-maker sales.
- You sell to a C-suite as easily as to a field lead, and you earn trust on both sides.
- Rigor and autonomy: you structure your accounts and pipeline without needing to be managed.
- A genuine interest in the field — construction, industry, energy — or a sincere desire to understand it deeply.
A founding role on enterprise go-to-market: you're not joining a finished machine, you're building it. Your first deals become Soren's commercial playbook.
