Cancel an order
Cancel an order in Soren: the relevant supplier is automatically notified of the cancellation.
- 1Open the Orders tab in the menu, then select the order you want to cancel.
- 2On the order page, click the 3 dots in the top right corner.
- 3Choose Cancel order from the menu.
- 4Confirm by clicking Cancel order again: the cancellation is processed immediately.
Supplier notified automatically
As soon as the cancellation is confirmed, the relevant supplier receives a notification: no extra step needed on your end.Required permissions
