Tracktor becomes Soren on 5 October
Following its acquisition by Soren in June, Tracktor takes the Soren name on Monday 5 October 2026. The platform and the team stay the same: for customers and suppliers alike, only the name and the logo change.
Tracktor, the field purchasing platform used by the largest construction groups and by more than 2,500 suppliers, takes the Soren name from Monday 5 October 2026. The change follows Soren's acquisition of Tracktor, announced in June (read the announcement).

For customers and suppliers
Users sign in with the same details. The app.tracktor.fr and supplier.tracktor.fr addresses redirect automatically to app.getsoren.ai and supplier.getsoren.ai.
Orders, history and contacts don't change. The mobile app keeps existing accounts and takes the Soren name with its next update.
Platform emails will come from notifications@getsoren.ai. Add this address to your contacts and, if needed, ask your IT team to allow the getsoren.ai domain.
