View equipment information
Find the specifications, documents and status of a rented piece of equipment straight from your order.
- 1Open the relevant order to display the equipment added by your supplier.
- 2Click on the equipment to view its information: internal reference, serial number, key code or location.
- 3Scroll down to the Related documents area to find the documents shared by the supplier. The status tells you whether everything is up to date and compliant.
- 4Click on a document or on its name to download it.
- 5At the bottom of the page, check whether the supplier left a comment about how the rental should go.
The Related documents area stays unavailable until the supplier has added at least one item to it.
