Find a supplier
From an order, let Soren consult your referenced suppliers and compare their offers to pick the right rental partner.
- 1Open the Orders tab in the main menu.
- 2Click the order you want to find a supplier for.
- 3In the top right, click the Find a supplier button.
- 4Use the table filters to narrow your search by price, availability and location.
- 5Click Consult on the chosen supplier's row: they receive your request and submit an offer, which appears with the Processing status.
- 6To assign a rental partner directly without consulting, click the three dots on the supplier's row, then select Select rental partner.
Once a supplier is selected or an offer accepted, the order moves to the Confirmed status with the rental partner identified.
This feature requires specific permissions depending on your user role. If you don't see the Find a supplier button, reach out to your administrator.
