Complete the equipment condition report
The condition report lets you document the state of the equipment on arrival and on return, backed by photos, and send the record straight to the supplier.
From your order, add a Contrôle N2 - État des lieux control event to record the equipment's condition. Once validated, the form is sent to the supplier and to the users linked to the order.
- 1Open the relevant order from your orders.
- 2Click Ajouter un événement and choose the Contrôles type.
- 3Select Contrôle N2 - État des lieux.
- 4Fill in the form and attach your photos.
- 5Click Valider to send the record to the supplier and the users linked to the order.
Arrival and return
Do a condition report when the equipment is delivered, then a second one when it is picked up: the photos are your proof if a dispute arises over the equipment's condition.Access to this action depends on the permissions tied to your user role.
